Brewing Tips

• Phin (Vietnamese): Medium-fine grind, 18–22 g coffee, 90–96°C water. Sweetened condensed milk optional.
• Espresso/Moka: Try 100% Robusta for bold crema; blend with Arabica for balance.
• Cold Brew: 1:5 coffee:water, coarse grind, steep 12–18 hrs, then dilute to taste.

Freshness & Storage

Roasted in small batches. Reseal tightly after opening and store in a cool, dry place. Best within 6–8 weeks of opening.
